An issue was reported about access to client area which was affecting a large number of users. Upon investigation, we found that some recently applied security measures had taken effect and were invalidating the login sessions hence the persistent lock to user accounts.

Our team has since rectified the issue and the correct rules have been applied and tested and we're happy to announce  that the issue has been resolved.
